To manage the operation of the Enomatic Wine Card
System there are two (2) formats of our Enosoft software
available:
- Enosoft-CardWriter
- Enosoft-Professional
Enosoft-CardWriter
Enosoft-CardWriter is for installations that do not need to
track and record information about the service of wines.
It allows you to:
- Create Wine Cards for use with the installation
- Add value onto the Wine Cards
- Read the value on the Wine Cards
- Deduct value from the Wine Cards
Enosoft-Professional
Enosoft–Professional is our full feature software that
captures and stores all data about every wine serving
transaction. It provides sophisticated
inventory management, consumption and cost data analysis that
uses actual real-time data. It enables all aspects of the operations
to be managed – wine inventory, serving volumes, the wines
installed in each position, pricing, profit margins, etc. Please download the brochure from the bottom of this page for details.
Each bottle placed into
the Enomatic Wine Serving System is monitored and the detailed
consumption history is recorded of who has served each wine and
when. The volume of wine remaining in each bottle can be displayed
and warning 'alarms' can be set to identify when bottles are becoming
empty and need to be replaced.
When used in conjunction with Enomatic’s Wine Card System a customer database can be created. The database holds the customer’s personal details and depending upon which type of Wine Card is used, the software will record information about their consumption.
Eliminate Stock Loss
Enosoft is used in
restaurants, bars and hotels to monitor the serving of wine by
staff. Wastage and theft of wine by staff can be a significant
cost that dramatically reduces profitability.
Enomatic's Wine
Card System allows each staff member to be given a unique
Wine Card. The staff must insert their Wine Card into the system
to be able to serve wine. All servings taken by each staff
member are recorded in their database. The transactions
in the database can be compared to the Point of Sale transactions
to identify any discrepancies - if wine was served but not charged
to a customer, why not?
Measure Profitability
Ask any restaurant,
bar or hotel operator if they waste much wine and the answer is
inevitably "Yes". Ask them how much and what does it
cost and the response is typically "Well, we don't really
know, a lot".
Enosoft records your
bottle purchase cost, margin markups, prices, servings and stock
turn of each wine. Now the profitability of your wine-by-the-glass
sales can be measured!
