Located in the upmarket
district of Omotesando Hills in central Tokyo, Bisty's is a combination
wine retail, wine bar and brasserie restaurant.
Part of a large retail
complex, Bisty's is surrounded by the worlds most famous luxury
fashion brands and retailers.
Bisty's uses Enomatic's
Wine Card System together with our Enosoft-Professional software
to create a customer driven retail experience. The 3 volume
models include digital price displays and Wine Card readers with
each machine linked back to the POS terminals from where the entire
installation can be monitored and controlled.
Enomatic's enoline models
are used and all wines are contained within enoline temperature
controlled models to ensure the optimum serving temperature.
Customers are able to
sample a 20ml taste portion or select either a half or full glass
to enjoy with a selection of fine Italian inspired foods from
the menu. The option is offered for customers to purchase
a bottle to enjoy with their meal and of course they can purchase
bottles of their favourite wines to take home.
