Cuvee is a new concept wine bar designed to tickle the light tastebuds of business deal makers in the heart of Singapore's financial district.
Cuvee is part owned by Singapore's elite business club - The Tower Club - but you don't need to be a member to enter this slick, glass encased bar on the mezzanine level of the Republic Plaza building that overlooks Raffles Place.
A feature of the wine bar is the Enomatic wine system with our Wine Card activation. The lets the customers choose their wine and with the press of a button, they serve themselves. The labels are chosen from Cuvee's cellar and changed regularly.
Tower Club general manger Ng Chee Theam noted that 'While Cuvee has a comprehensive retail wine list by the bottle, we want diners to sample their choice of wines, iconic ones, by the glass as well. They are able to do so from The Enomatic, which acts as a 'smart wine bar'.
Mr Ng added that " because no bartender is needed and drinkers serve themselves, this self-serve concept encourages them to get involved and have some fun as they wine and dine. We are also able to offer more affordable tastings of even the rarest wines, because the Enomatic does not waste a drop".
