Located in the new Roppongi Hills development in Tokyo, Bassanella has three enoline 8/3 models to provide 3 volumes (taste, half glass or full glass).

The restaurant uses Enomatic’s Wine Card System with Bassanella’s own brand on the cards. The customers can self-serve 24 fine wines – 16 red and 8 white wines.

The restaurant offers predominantly Italian wines including a range of “Super Tuscan” labels such as Sassicia and Luce. International labels such as Opus One are also available.
