This
installation is in a showroom of ISPC International
in Utrecht, The Netherlands.
A
US caterer once described the ISPC stores as a "Disney World

The
unique �One stop shopping� concept for the catering professional
is one of the largest and most specialised catering suppliers
in Holland and Belgium.
Within
ISPC's enormous showrooms and warehouses, restaurants can find
everything they need from furniture, kitchen equipment, food and
wine - over 72,000 items that they can personally inspect.
Owned
by the world renowned French drinks importer and distributor The
Fourcroy Group, ISPC has created a wine tasting area with two
temperature controlled enoline models.
Wine
Card readers are installed in each model to enable the staff to
control access to the wines. ISPC showcase the finest French
chateaux wines from the Bordeaux and Burgundy regions for selected
customers.
As
a result of now being able to offer these customers samples of
these premium brands their wine sales have increased dramatically.
