Ars Bibendi is located in the domestic train station in Rome, a location with more than 60 million foot traffic per year! This store is a prototype design for a wine bar/wine store concept and this installation has been used to trial different concepts for a further 100 stores in Italy.
Ars Bibendi offers a wide range of Italian wines which customers are able to 'try before they buy'. 2 enoline, 3 volume models are located behind the bar and wine is served by the staff - either a taste, half glass or full glass.
Alternatively, customers can purchase a Wine Card and serve themselves from models with card readers and Digital Price Displays that are installed within the store. This includes 3 refrigerated enoline models to serve white wine at their optimum temperature.
The original installation included 2 enoround models (as shown in the photos). These have since been removed to create an area for tables and chairs - to change the concept and assess the customer's preferences.
